After Your Coaching Session
Once your loan application goes through the coaching session, here's what you can expect:
If Your Loan is Approved
- Decision Timing: You will receive a decision within seven business days following your coaching session.
- Signing Documents: Upon approval, you'll be sent a loan agreement and a promissory note to sign. These documents are crucial as they outline the terms of your loan.
- Disbursement of Funds: After you sign and return the documents, the funds will be automatically disbursed into your bank account. This process typically takes between 5-10 business days.
If Your Application is Declined
- Decision Letter: You will receive a decision letter via email that informs you of the decline.
- Appeal Process: The email will also include a link to appeal the decision. You have up to 30 days from the date of the decision to submit your appeal if you believe there were overlooked aspects of your application or if you have new information to provide.
- Further Assistance: If you have any questions or need further guidance after a decline, you are encouraged to contact your coach or the Windmill support team for additional support.
