Selecting Your Coach

  • Choosing a Coach: During the process of scheduling your coaching session, you may have the opportunity to select a coach who aligns with your professional background and career goals. This option allows you to choose someone whose expertise and experience match your needs.
  • Assignment by Windmill: If you do not select a coach during the scheduling process, Windmill Microlending will assign a coach to you based on your professional field and the coach's area of expertise. This ensures that you receive guidance that is relevant and beneficial to your career development.

Confirmation Process

  • Confirmation Email: After selecting or being assigned a coach, you will receive a confirmation email from your coach. This email will include important details such as the coach’s information, the scheduled time for your coaching session, and the steps you need to take next.
  • Session Preparation: The confirmation email will also provide guidance on how to prepare for your coaching session to ensure that you make the most of this opportunity. This might include gathering specific documents or preparing questions related to your career path.

What to Expect in a Coaching Session
