Receiving Your Decision

If your loan application is not approved after a full review:

  • Decision Letter: You will receive a decision letter via email, which includes the reasons for the decline.
  • Appeal Link: The email will contain a link to appeal the decision.

How to Appeal

  1. Review the Decision: Understand the reasons for the decline as outlined in the decision letter.
  2. Click the Appeal Link: Use the link provided in the decline email to access the appeal form.
  3. Submit an Appeal:You can submit an appeal up to 30 days from the date of the decision. When appealing, be sure to:
    • Provide sufficient reasons for reconsideration.
    • Include any additional supporting documents or information that could impact the decision.

Considerations for a Successful Appeal

  • Detailed Explanation: Clearly explain why the decision should be reconsidered.
  • Additional Evidence: Include any new information or changes in circumstances that support your case.
