How often do I need to update my Coach about my progress?

At Windmill, you will be working with your Coach and the Loan Management Team. Sometimes, you will even hear from our Alumni team about special events that may interest you.

There are two important things we ask you to keep in mind:

  1. Ensure your loan payments are on time and you are borrowing only the amount that you need to complete your Career Success Plan/Learning Plan, and
  2. That you are updating your Coach with your progress, including:
  • If you have moved, or changed jobs
  • Your progress with your Career Success Plan/Learning Plan
  • If you found work in your field.

Your Coach is your ally and wants to help support your success, including if you fail an exam or have a setback. We require regular updates on your progress throughout the duration of your relationship with Windmill. The Client Success team will be in contact with you to ask for an update - please make sure you pay attention to these emails and phone calls!
